Months after Jamie Foxx suffered a medical emergency, a woman sued him over sexual assault at Catch NYC & Roof. According to Jane Doe, the incident occurred in 2015 but has left her with some scars.

What Led To Jamie Foxx’s Sexual Assault Charge

Fans have barely gotten over the medical scare incident that happened to their favorite actor, but now they will have to deal with a shocking story. It so happens that Jamie Foxx has been slammed with a sexual assault lawsuit from a past incident that occurred at Catch NYC & Roof.

At the time, the plaintiff had kept mute about it, but seeing how much damage it cost her, she decided to make the actor pay — literally.

TMZ observed the court documents, which stated that Foxx was a visitor at the Catch NYC & Roof venue in August 2015. The alleged victim confessed that she recognized the actor, a stone’s throw from her table.

An hour after midnight, the accuser maintained that a star-struck close pal approached Foxx for a picture, which he obliged. But that led the actor to notice her. What followed were alleged comments by the actor about her body and smell.

Foxx complimented her look, mentioning her similarity to Gabrielle Union. As if that was not enough, he launched at her, touching her breasts, hands, and “beneath her beautiful.”

This continued for a while despite her attempt to flee the scene. However, she was somehow constricted after noticing that a security guard turned a blind eye to the event.

Jane Doe’s saving grace was her friend, who noticed what was happening. Following the pal’s interference, Foxx backed away.

Jane Doe Sues Jamie Foxx and Demands Compensation

Expectedly, the events of the evening rattled her up, affecting the plaintiff in different ways. According to the lawsuit, she endured pain and emotional torture and had to undergo medical treatments.

She is now suing Foxx for “sexual assault, abuse, assault, and battery.” Interestingly, Catch NYC & Roof’s management is not going scot-free. She is asking the actor and the lounge for compensatory and punitive damages.

For now, Foxx has remained mute on the matter, and how he intends to go about the issue remains unknown.
