While the country is earnestly waiting for the final ruling for the YSL RICO case, another person, this time a female, has found herself in the middle of an alleged gang mess. Nicole Fegan, who stands as attorney for Tenquarius Mender, was arrested inside the courtroom. Here’s the update on the bizarre twist.

Nicole Fegan Webbed In A Gang Saga Similar To YSL Rico’s Trial

Although Nicole Fegan’s arrest is not connected to the ongoing YSL RICO trial, sources claim that it is gang-related. Reports from HipHopDX explained that on February 16, Nicole, who walked into the courtroom a free woman, was led out in handcuffs. The defendant’s lawyer was indicted for partaking in criminal street violence orchestrated by a street gang. She also tried to tamper with evidence.

Word on the street is that Fegan was somehow linked to a fatal shooting in December 2022. The scene of the crime was around Williams and Baker Street. The attorney has been faulted for advising one of the shooters to dispose of the weapons used for the murder.

Before falling into the hands of the law, Nicole had been successful in getting Tenquarius off the hook with the other defendants’ pending case.

Now, she may no longer spend her days seeking justice as a lawyer but will be held behind its reins. Nicole was immediately moved to Gwinnett County. However, she will eventually be transported to Fulton County Jail.

Just last month, the YSL RICO trial was the talk of the town when a fan of the YSL collectives chimed in with words of support during court proceedings. Fans had access to view the trial on Zoom, and a loyalist thought it was wise to pass a message. The person screamed, “Free Thug! Mistrial!” Despite the show of support, the shouting did little to convince the court of a mistrial.

At the moment, Young Thug, YSL’s founder, is in Fulton County Jail while his brother, among other associates who accepted the plea deal, is out.
