A new exhibition celebrating the life and work of Jay-Z has opened at the Brooklyn Public Library’s Central Branch. The exhibition, titled The Book of HOV, features never-before-seen images, art, and ephemera from the artist’s archives. It also includes a full-scale recreation of Baseline Studios, where Jay-Z worked on some of his most iconic albums.
The exhibition is divided into seven
“zones,”
each of which is based on a different aspect of Jay-Z’s career. These zones include The Hustler, The Artist, The Businessman, The Philanthropist, and The Family Man.
The Book of HOV is a must-see for any fan of Jay-Z or hip-hop music in general. It is a fascinating look at the life and career of one of the most successful and influential artists of our time.
