  • Mother and Son Charged With The Alleged Rape and Abortion Of 15-Year-Old Girl, Victim Claims It Was Consensual

Mother and Son Charged With The Alleged Rape and Abortion Of 15-Year-Old Girl, Victim Claims It Was Consensual

An 18-year-old boy and his mother from Idaho have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl, reports the NY Post. The girl was taken across state lines to receive an abortion without her parents’ consent.

Kadyn Swainston is facing charges of kidnapping, rape, and producing sexually explicit material involving a child, while his mother, Rachael Swainston, 42, is facing charges of kidnapping, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl and psychedelic mushrooms, and harboring a wanted felon.

The investigation began when the girl’s mother reported the incident to the police. However, during a later interview at the child advocacy center,  the girl claimed that her relationship with Kadyn was consensual and that they had been having sex since he was 17. She revealed that Kadyn wanted her to terminate the pregnancy and threatened to break up with her and withhold child support. Rachael Swainston rented a car and accompanied the couple to an Oregon clinic, where the abortion was performed.

Although Idaho has a law prohibiting adults from helping minors obtain abortions without parental consent, neither Kadyn nor his mother have been charged under this law. Phone records and evidence found on the girl’s phone confirmed the trip to Oregon, and both Kadyn and Rachael admitted to their involvement, although Rachael claimed it was a collective decision.

Law enforcement officers carried out a search warrant to their home and discovered methamphetamine in Rachael’s bedroom. A man staying in their storage shed was also arrested on a felony warrant related to meth trafficking.

The mother and son are scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing, and if convicted, Rachael could face meth trafficking charges while Kadyn faces rape charges, both carrying potential life sentences.

Ohio Social Worker Accused Of Having Sexual Relationship With Teen, Visited His Home Armed and Made Threats To Kill Both His Mother and Herself

A former social worker in Ohio is facing disturbing allegations after being accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old boy, reports Radar Online. The woman took her actions to a new extreme by showing up at the victim’s house with a gun and threatening to kill both the child’s mother and herself.

The accused, 24-year-old Payton Shires, had been assigned to provide mental health counseling to the teenager. However, Shires was providing more than just counseling, admittedly having sex

    “multiple times”

with the 13-year-old. She was arrested and charged with sexual conduct with a minor.

Payton was released on a $50,000 bond. However, she wasted no time violating the conditions of her release by visiting the victim’s home. When police arrived, they found Shires sitting on the porch with a gun pointed at her head. Court documents revealed that she expressed her desire to kill the mother and herself,

“because she and the victim ruined her life and took everything from her.”

Although the victim’s mother wasn’t present during the incident, she spotted Shires on her doorbell camera and immediately alerted the authorities. Shires now faces additional charges and is being held in jail. Her bond has been increased to $100,000.

Police Discover Teenage Thief Partying In ‘Machinegun’ Airbnb With Concealed Firearms Throughout Property

A 17-year-old suspect accused of stealing credit cards was apprehended during a wild birthday celebration at an Airbnb, reports the NY Post

Authorities traced the stolen credit cards back to a Shoreview, Minnesota resident.

Police discovered eleven guns hidden in the Airbnb property. The guns were concealed in places like food wrappers, board game boxes, empty McDonald’s bags, and even within unfinished walls, plants, and furniture.

The suspect had multiple violations of the rental agreement, including exceeding the occupancy limit, breaking rules against weapons and smoking, and posting social media pictures of the event.

The owner was informed by the police, and over 50 attendees, aged 15 to 21, were escorted out of the premises for weapon searches.

An investigation is currently underway to determine who is responsible for stashing the firearms at the property.

“This is especially concerning because several of the party attendees are part of a ‘group’ that has enemies – or as they call them, ‘opps,’”

Ramsey County Undersheriff Mike Martin said in a Facebook post.

According to an update from the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, the suspected credit card thief

“went from five-star Airbnb accommodations to the county jail.”

Whether the minors involved will be tried as adults remains uncertain.

“The best part is we got 11 guns off the street that won’t shoot somebody, kill somebody you know, or be used for robbery or anything else,”

    Martin told Law & Crime.

Randy Nethken, 32, reportedly became upset with the puppy’s defecation throughout the house and decided to burn down his home instead of cleaning it up. The incident occurred on October 7 in Mabie, West Virginia, a small community in Randolph County.
