The disturbing video was taken down after gaining over 5,000 views on YouTube. Justin Mohn, 32, is facing charges of murder, abuse of a corpse, and more, according to court documents in Pennsylvania. He is currently being held without bond, per CNN

During an online outburst, Mohn identifies his father as a federal employee and expresses strong criticism towards the Biden administration and the border crisis. He proclaimed himself as the acting U.S. president under martial law. YouTube removed the video due to its explicit violence.

During the investigation, authorities discovered rubber gloves with possible blood stains. They confirmed that the gloves, decapitated head, and room matched those seen in the YouTube video. YouTube stated that it strictly prohibits violent content and extremism.

Mohn left his home and traveled over 100 miles before forcibly entering a Pennsylvania National Guard base with a gun, as confirmed by Angela Watson, a spokesperson for the state Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. He was later apprehended.
