If one person has bleeding gums or periodontitis, this can enhance the transfer of viruses like the common cold, flu, herpes, and blood-borne diseases. Additionally, sharing a toothbrush can transfer Streptococcus mutans, the bacteria responsible for tooth decay. Thus, it is recommended that people refrain from sharing a toothbrush.

    While Dwight Howard and Amy Luciani think being in love is a pass to share the same toothbrush, doing so is wrong and can expose them to several infections and diseases. Hopefully, the couple will learn from their fans and stop sharing a toothbrush.

Reed revealed that she was only now sharing the details of her failed relationship with Howard because of a privacy agreement that had now expired. According to the former Basketball Wives star, her ex used the document to silence her on the show.

    “He had all these attorneys write up all these things. Like, ‘We just want wanna make sure, if she’s still gonna do the show, that she’s not gonna talk trash about him,’” Reed said at the (19:16) mark. “It says, I could not speak his name, show my child’s photo, say my child’s name (and) be around anyone that knew him.”

    She claimed the basketball center did this because he was desperate to do “anything and everything” to maintain a facade of a smiling basketball player on the court and “Mr. Happy on Nickelodeon.”

    Among the many things Royce Reed disclosed during her interview was the issue of Dwight Howard’s sexual orientation and how it concerned her.     “At this point, I’m like, ‘Do we need to throw hands?’ What are we doing?” he asked.

    Howard revealed that he had previously reached out to O’Neal to resolve their dispute but received no response. He told Daniels:

    “And that was the thing that I hated the most is the fact that he always thought I was tryna be him or be like him, but again, if I wanted to be you or be like you, shouldn’t you take that as a compliment and to show how great you are as a player and a person?”

    Howard added that he wanted to imitate certain things about the 52-year-old sports analyst and other players like Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and LeBron James to become better.

    “I see how Magic Johnson smile all the time. I want to smile,” he said.

    Shaquille O’Neal Calls Dwight Howard a Peon

    While on Ray Daniels’ podcast, Dwight Howard also claimed that O’Neal was intentionally blocking him from accessing opportunities behind the scenes. However, after Onsite reported the event on its Instagram page, O’Neal caught wind of it and slid into the comment section. “Cap,” he responded at first. The former professional basketball player replied with a second comment challenging Howard’s claims.

    “I don’t beef with peons and u have no opportunities,” he wrote.

    Shaquille O’Neal and Dwight Howard have been beefing for a long time. Their enmity can be traced back to Howard adopting the Superman persona, which O’Neal popularly embraced. Since then, the Orlando Magic star has had it out for Howard. Their recent animosity began after O’Neal messaged Howard and the Lakers during the episode of his podcast. However, the three-time Defensive Player of the Year asked O’Neal on X to “stop sending messages.” A vexed O’Neal then replied to Howard on the same platform.

    Dwight Howard, who reportedly tied the knot recently, didn’t hesitate to fire back a reply. He wrote on the media platform:

She made the revelations on Instagram and released receipts to back up her claims, which she alleged began in 2009. She also claimed that Howard abused her as well and hindered her career from taking off.

    Royce Reed Accuses Dwight Howard of Negligence

    Royce Reed opened a new Instagram account named @Ihadababybysuperman on December 28, 2024, to share her experience with Dwight Howard when they were still dating. Reed said she intended to expose the truth about all that occurred with the athlete, including the abuse she suffered. Among the things she talked about in her three-part expose was the fact that Howard watched as their son got abused under his care. The dancer and Howard share a son, Braylon Joshua, born in 2007. 

    Royce Reed disclosed that Dwight Howard’s brother abused Joshua sexually for five years, but the eight-time All-Star only covered it up. Additionally, Reed alleged that Howard’s brother assaulted the NBA star himself and their sister, and all his offenses were always swept under the rug.

    Reed Accuses Howard of Abusing Her

    In addition to ignoring Joshua’s abuse, Royce Reed accused Dwight Howard of abusing her, too. She narrated how she met her ex in 2004, and their relationship began. She worked as a dancer then, and her ex was a rookie. The former couple broke up after three years when Reed learned of Howard’s infidelity. However, they reunited, and she got pregnant in 2007. She tried to get an abortion to save her career but couldn’t go through with it.

    Reed revealed that the basketball player asked her to deny his paternity, which she refused, and alleged that she suffered mental, physical, and verbal abuse. The TV personality also accused Howard of trying to sabotage her dance and reality TV career. Additionally, Reed said she had enough evidence to back up all she said and would reveal them if Howard tried any funny business. She disclosed that she knew more than her ex thought she did and dropped the initials R.E. to prove so.  

    Reed Says Why She Made the Allegations

    Royce Reed said she made those revelations about Dwight Howard because she no longer wanted to bear the weight of all that happened and didn’t want to carry the emotional burden into the new year. Moreover, she alleged that he tried to shut her up using legal means. 

    “You tried to drown me in attorney fees to keep quiet?! F**K YOU,” she typed. “I refuse to go into 2025 carrying this weight so let’s go! Imma post the texts and emails too if you keep playing with me and calling my bluff!” she said. 

    Dwight Howard, who is now in a relationship with Amy Luciani, has responded to Royce Reed’s claims. However, he didn’t apologize or deny any of her claims. The athlete only said: 

    “This is my HOF year. I’m getting married. God is amazing. And I’m so grateful and I wish Royce nothing but the best peace and blessings.”

    If all that Royce Reed said is true, Dwight Howard needs to apologize and try to make things right with his son. Hopefully, he will take the necessary steps to repair his relationship with Joshua and act right onwards.

    Howard is ready to go all out for his relationship with his fiancee, Amy Luciani. He told fans he intends to leave the past where it belongs and move forward. The basketball player did an Instagram livestream on December 30 where he engaged fans about his romance with Luciani. He responded scathingly when a fan tried to warn the singer about her fiance. 

    “This person who wrote that comment will never get blessed like they’re supposed to,” he said. 

    He continued: 

    “Everybody in the world got a past, but guess what? When you get into a relationship with somebody, you don’t bring the past into the relationship.” 

    “The past is the past for a reason. Somebody like you will be stuck in the past for the rest of your life. You won’t get the benefits and the blessings you’re supposed to get because you’re worried about someone else, and you’re worried about the past too much.”

    Meanwhile, Luciani could be heard agreeing with Howard’s statements in the background.

    Dwight Howard further implied that his relationship with Amy Luciani would differ from his previous ones. He told fans during the livestream that he won’t be the same version next year.

    Howard’s livestream took place two days after his ex-girlfriend, Royce Reed, accused him of mental, physical, and verbal abuse. She created a new Instagram account and dropped her expose in several clips. For this reason, many fans tried to warn Luciani about her relationship with Dwight Howard. However, the singer doesn’t care. The singer and her fiance uploaded posts showing their good time together a day after Reed’s expose.

    In addition to asking fans to stop minding his relationship with Amy Luciani, Dwight Howard further requested the public to stop worrying about his sexuality. In a video Onsite obtained, the former NBA star said:

    He continued:

    On top of that, he told the court that their daughter was using social media unsupervised. She had shared “inappropriate” clips via her TikTok account. It is in the best interest of the minor child for primary custody to change, immediately, to her father, petitioner.”
