Timothy Paul Taylor, 35, a convicted felon, is accused of breaking into A1 Massage in Eustis through the back door at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday. He allegedly approached a female masseuse, who happened to be opening the establishment at that time, and asked if she could perform oral sex on him. She replied,

which is when Taylor pulled out a gun demanding her to do so, according to police.

The suspect reportedly dropped off the vehicle at a family’s home, according to WESH. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office used a helicopter to help search for the suspect who was later found after receiving a tip from his mother.

“He refused to come out and was resisting and he was bit in the calf by a police dog. We located a gun at the scene, near the scene but it was a BB gun — BB gun, real gun, they look very much alike,”

Eustis Police Chief Craig Capri told the outlet.

“He put it under the hood to try to hide it,”

    he said about the pistol.

“When he drove off, it fell out, so one of our captains was actually at the scene and saw it in the street and was able to recover it.”

Taylor was apprehended and transported to a hospital where he was treated for injuries he suffered from the K9 unit, police said.

    He faces charges of

“attempted sexual battery, aggravated battery with a weapon, aggravated assault with a weapon, and resisting arrest without violence,”

Both women, 23-year-old Rosa Edwards, and 19-year-old Aneisha Xitavia Hall were apprehended and

On March 14, officials learned about the encounter, which took place at the Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge Assisted Living Facility in St. Petersburg. FOX reported that the woman assaulted two different people who lived at the home. Once officials found out about the incident, authorities began an investigation and learned it happened on Sunday and was reported by the executive director of the facility after watching the encounter play out on security footage.

Reports say the two women got into an altercation with the older man who pushed an elderly woman in her wheelchair as they proceeded down the hall. The 23-year-old woman then went on to hit the man with a lanyard and chuckle. Officials added that both women grasped the man and tugged him to the floor as he clasped onto the wheelchair, which in turn caused the wheelchair to fall on its side as the elderly woman sat it in. The two women then fled the scene after the incident.

Although Edwards and Hall reported the encounter to a co-worker, they failed to mention their involvement. When officials later spoke to Edwards, she confessed to using excessive power and later added that they both should’ve handled the situation in a different manner. Luckily, the senior residents were not injured in the incident and both women were suspended.

35-Year-Old Woman With Two Teenage Boyfriends Arrested After One Shoots The Other

A Florida woman and one of her teenage boyfriends have been arrested after the pedophilic love triangle ended in a shooting, Florida Today reported.

When officers arrived to the scene, they discovered a 15-year-old victim with gunshot wounds to the chest and legs. With him was 35-year-old Chanel Williams and her two young children. • Toddler Fell Asleep In An Airbnb And Died From Fentanyl Overdose, And Now Her Family Is Suing

Toddler Fell Asleep In An Airbnb And Died From Fentanyl Overdose, And Now Her Family Is Suing

In August of 2021, a family from Guadeloupe rented a four-bedroom lake house in Wellington, Florida through Airbnb for a family vacation. After a morning of watching television and playing
with her four siblings, Lydie Lavenir put her 19-month-old Enora down for a nap. Two hours later, when Lavenir went to check on her, she discovered that her toddler had passed away in her sleep, The Washington Post reported.

“It’s like we fell into a trap,” Enora’s father, Boris Lavenir, explained.

Both an autopsy by the Palm Beach County medical examiner and another independent toxicology determined that Enora’s system contained a lethal amount of fentanyl. Investigators initially suspected the baby’s parents, but were unable to find drugs among their belongings, and Lydie and Boris had tested negative.

Previous renters of the property were questioned, and it was discovered that one of them had hosted a party where recreational drug use occurred. They admitted to using cocaine, but denied the use of fentanyl.

“I am currently unable to determine how the child Enora Lavenir ingested the fentanyl,” an investigator wrote in the latest report. “Therefore I am unable to develop probable cause for abuse or neglect leading to the death of Enora. Currently the manner of death is listed as accidental.”

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office has closed the case, but the parents of Enora are still seeking justice. The Lavenirs are now suing Airbnb, the property owner, the rental’s manager, and the renter who had hosted the party. They believe that the fentanyl that took the life of their child was left behind by partygoers, and not cleaned up after their departure.

“Our hearts go out to the Lavenir family and their loved ones for their devastating loss,” Airbnb said in a statement.

Lars Noah, a law professor at the University of Florida, says that the lawsuit against Airbnb is unlikely to make it to trial.

“They can prove that the child died from fentanyl exposure, but where that fentanyl comes from, linking it to this particular group, that just sounds monstrously difficult under these circumstances.”

Teacher’s Aid Who Was Knocked Out By Student Over Allegedly Taking Nintendo Switch Reveals That She Didn’t Confiscate The Game Console

The 17-year-old student, Brendan Depa, informed officials that he attacked her because she took his Nintendo Switch.

If you’re unaware, a video of the student brutally attacking the teacher has gained much attraction. The attack left Naydich in the hospital, where she was later released; however, she says she’s

“overwhelmed with the idea of the long fight ahead.”

A GoFundMe was launched for Naydich, and it has received over $60,000 in donations. The teaching assistant said on the fundraiser page,

“I’m hopeful that the awareness of this incident being spread far and wide will prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma, physical healing, and disruption of everyday life that this has caused.”

The 17-year-old student will reportedly be charged as an adult

“for aggravated battery on a school board employee, a charge punishable by up to 30 years behind bars,”
