Man Charged After Randomly Attacking Sleeping United Passenger During Flight Leaving Victim With Two Black Eyes

A man from Florida is facing felony charges for allegedly punching a sleeping passenger on a flight from California to Washington, D.C. The attack left the cabin covered in blood, according to a federal complaint. About two hours into the United Airlines flight, 44-year-old Everett Chad Nelson left his seat and went to one of the cabins in the front, according to the Independent.

A United Airlines official told the news outlet that there were 82 passengers and 6 crew members onboard.

    What Happened?

Upon leaving the bathroom, Nelson approached seat 12F and suddenly began attacking a sleeping man by punching him multiple times in the face and head, causing bleeding. The attack lasted about a minute until the victim screamed, prompting a bystander to intervene and break up the altercation.

Nelson not only gave the unidentified passenger two black eyes but also cut his nose, causing blood to splatter on the seat, wall, window, and Nelson’s green windbreaker. The complaint does not mention any motive or prior relationship between the two, suggesting the attack was unprovoked.

    Per a complaint,

“Nelson had no observable injuries and there was no indication that [the alleged victim] struck him in defense.”

Following the incident, flight attendants relocated Nelson to a front seat, allowing the person who broke up the attack to monitor him for the rest of the flight. Many passengers saw the attack, and a doctor on board treated the victim’s injuries, per the complaint.

“Thanks to the quick action of our crew and customers, one passenger was restrained after becoming physically aggressive toward another customer on a flight from San Francisco to Washington Dulles on Monday …The flight landed safely and was met by paramedics and local law enforcement,”

the United Official told the outlet.

Nelson is scheduled for a detention hearing on Wednesday. He faces one charge of assault by beating in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States. If found guilty, he could be sentenced to up to one year in prison.

Woman On Ventilator After Being Repeatedly Attacked By Drunk Man, Suspect Charged

Sadly, a woman, who was repeatedly punched in the head by a drunk man inside his Minneapolis apartment, may not survive. 35-year-old Calvin Doise Little is currently facing first-degree assault charges, per Bring Me The News. Prosecutors insinuated that additional charges will be added if the woman doesn’t survive.

    A crime complaint says,

“As of the writing of this complaint, she is unable to breathe on her own, she remains on a ventilator, and her prognosis remains poor.”

Officers arrived at 1:10 a.m. to an assault report and discovered the victim bleeding heavily, struggling to breathe near the apartment doorway. Little was later located asleep in bed, covered in blood.

Little’s girlfriend stated she and a friend went to visit after he had been drinking all day in the apartment. An argument between Little and his girlfriend’s friend occurred, leading Little to punch the woman, who grabbed a knife for defense. Little then retrieved the knife from the woman and went on to repeatedly attack her.

Little’s girlfriend says that he also tossed a punch at her, prompting her to escape the apartment with their two children. A bystander heard screams and saw Little, seemingly drunk and angry, threatening her. When officers woke Little for his arrest, he was confrontational and aggressive. His eyes were red and he strongly reeked of alcohol, as stated in the charges.

During questioning, he told officials that he had no recollection of what transpired. According to the charges,

“The only information that he could provide was that he was drinking that day, and he was upset with his girlfriend.”

  • Mother Issued Warning After Daughter Suffered From Second-Degree Burns From Nail Glue

Mother Issued Warning After Daughter Suffered From Second-Degree Burns From Nail Glue

A mother, Jessica Klick, warned others after her 11-year-old daughter Sienna suffered second-degree burns from nail glue. The incident happened while Sienna was at a friend’s house trying on fake nails. As she put on the fake nails, some of the nail glue fell on her cotton sock, said the mother, per the Independent

In a TikTok video that garnered thousands of views, the shocked mother said,

“Apparently, nail glue reacts with cotton and wool and causes instantaneous heat. It caused a severe second-degree burn on my daughter’s foot.”

Later in the video, the mother shared a photo showing her daughter’s burned skin, which looked raw and damaged.

Fortunately, the friend’s mother acted swiftly by cutting off the sock and rinsing the burn until Klick arrived.

Klick used her video to raise awareness and stress the need to supervise kids using beauty products. She also aimed to talk about the possible chemical reactions between glue and fabrics such as cotton and wool.

Klick told PEOPLE that the incident caused harsh pain initially. Despite the majority of the burn being healed, one sensitive area still needs covering. Reports say the incident occurred over a mother ago.

“Many girls her age begin to experiment with these products, and most parents don’t realize that this chemical reaction can occur.. I’ve received positive feedback on my post, with many parents thanking me for spreading awareness and others sharing similar experiences,”

    said Klick.

    She continued,

“I want to let parents know that if they choose to allow their children to use fake nails, they should supervise closely to help prevent what happened to my daughter.”

  • Doctor’s License Suspended After He Was Accused Of Performing Sexual Acts While Staffers Watched

Doctor’s License Suspended After He Was Accused Of Performing Sexual Acts While Staffers Watched

A family doctor in Arkansas, Dr. David Diffine, had his medical license suspended after being accused of performing sexual acts in front of staff and prancing

    “around naked in his clinic,”

according to various reports, per PEOPLE.

On Oct. 16, the Arkansas State Medical Board suspended Dr. Diffine’s medical license after receiving a complaint. The board claimed he violated the Medical Practices Act and regulations.

The Arkansas Democrat Gazette says that the doctor reportedly immersed

“in sexual contact, sexual relations, or romantic relationship with a patient.”

The board received a fuss about the doctor back in July, claiming he

“engaged in sexual contact with his staff, who were also his patients and sexually harassed these same individuals,”

    per JonesboroRightNow.com.

According to KAI, security footage showed the sexual harassment on July 17 at his clinic.

    Per an order,

“The video shows, among other things, Dr. Diffine performing a sexual act with a staff member while other staff members were present and watching.… The video also shows Dr. Diffine walking throughout the clinic naked.”

An emergency suspension was put forth by the board because the doctor showcased

“an ongoing danger to the public in his continued practice of medicine.”

The board will hold a hearing on Dec. 6 to decide whether to revoke or suspend Diffine’s medical license in Arkansas. However, this isn’t the first time Dr. Diffine has faced trouble. Back in 2017, his license was temporarily suspended for overprescribing drugs, but the charges were later dismissed.

A California mother 60-year-old Pamela Ferreyra has been charged with murder 30 years after her newborn son was found dead in a paper bag at a dump in Monterey County. DNA testing confirmed her identity as the mother of the baby, known as

    “Baby Garin,”
