    ‘Bad Breath’ Rapist Captured Across The Country After 16 Years On The Run

    Authorities have apprehended a convicted rapist known as the Bad Breath Rapist after 16 years on the run. Tuen Lee was arrested in Northern California for breaking into a co-worker’s house and committing rape back on Feb. 2, 2005, in Massachusetts. The nickname was given due to his stink breath and DNA evidence.

    Lee was convicted of rape and kidnapping in 2007, but he had left the state prior to the final verdict. Authorities tirelessly pursued Lee for years, investing countless hours and even featuring the case on the popular TV show America’s Most Wanted.

    Recently, officials focused their attention on a luxurious residence owned by a woman in Diablo, California. They observed Lee and a woman leaving the house and conducted a traffic stop. Initially, Lee provided a false name but eventually confessed his real identity, which was later verified by fingerprints.

    Officials said,

    “His female companion, after 15 years of being together in California, never knew who he really was.” 

    “Tuen Lee was on the run for more than 16 years and the unwavering dedication by law enforcement to locate and arrest him hopefully brings peace of mind to the victim and her family,”

    per Sean LoPiccolo, the Chief Inspector.

    Man Taken Into Custody After Attempting To Shoot Chicken and Exposing Himself To 11-Year-Old Child

    A man was apprehended in Marshall County, Alabama after he was seen wielding a firearm. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an intoxicated elderly man with a gun. Deputies discovered that Billy Stewart, 65, was threatening to shoot chickens owned by relatives and inappropriately showing himself to a child, who is merely 11 years old, per WHNT. 

    Deputies discovered Stewart sitting in a doorway with a shotgun. They ordered him to release the weapon, which he reluctantly did. As they approached, Stewart warned them to stay away and made another attempt to retrieve the gun. However, the deputies managed to disarm him. Stewart then retreated into the house and tried to shut the door to evade arrest.

    Stewart was apprehended after a brief altercation and now faces charges of public lewdness, resisting arrest, attempting to elude, and menacing.

    Woman Faces Jail Time After Kidnapping Roommate and Instructing Her Cousin To Assault Him

    Federal officials have reported that a 28-year-old woman, Antoinette Gilmore, from Washington, D.C., has been found guilty of kidnapping her roommate. Back in Oct. 2023, Gilmore got into a heated disagreement over the phone with the man and allegedly arranged to pick him up with her cousin to retrieve his belongings, per the Miami Herald. 

    According to officials, after the man entered the car, Gilmore instructed her cousin to physically assault him while she drove. The victim attempted to exit the vehicle; however, the doors were locked. Despite managing to escape briefly, Gilmore instructed her cousin to pursue and grab him, eventually dragging him back to the vehicle.

    According to officials, when they arrived at their destination, the victim was forcibly removed from the vehicle but luckily, managed to escape. He promptly fled to the closest police substation to report the attack. 

    The woman’s sentencing has been scheduled for July.

    Officials say a girl, 15, bravely defended herself against an individual who attempted to sexually assault her in a horrifying incident at a park. The shocking incident occurred in the Bronx. The suspect approached her while she was walking. He engaged in conversation then forcibly took her to a secluded part of the park, per the New York Post. 

    Police stated that the courageous teenager successfully fought off her attacker, who quickly fled the scene. Despite sustaining minor injuries, the victim declined any medical assistance, law enforcement officials said. 

    The suspect, characterized as a slim medium complexion man between ages 20 and 30, was last seen sporting a green hoodie with black sweatpants.

    Substitute Teacher Charged After Showing His Hickeys To 14-Year-Old Student and Telling Her That He Would Make Her Fall In Love If They Had Sex

    Authorities reported that a substitute teacher, 27-year-old Jasskirat Saini, engaged in disturbing interactions with a 14-year-old student at Hillcrest High School in Queens, New York. Saini allegedly showed the student his hickeys and made inappropriate comments, leading to his arrest, per the New York Post. 

    The 27-year-old told the teen,

    “If I was a student at Hillcrest, I would make you fall in love with me by having sex with you, so you can never stop thinking about me.” 

    “You are a teacher and are not supposed to be saying something like that,”

    the student told him after his shocking and inappropriate comment, per a criminal complaint. 

    The teacher then laughed following the teen’s response. 

    According to prosecutors, the substitute teacher is accused of engaging in multiple creepy interactions with the student for over a month and a half. He repeatedly questioned if she thought he was attractive and expressed his desire to have a sexual relationship with her. He also touched her inappropriately. 

    During another encounter, Saini reportedly flaunted hickeys on his neck from his girlfriend and expressed his desire for the student to be old enough to date him. In front of other students, he insisted she sit next to him, brushing away the other kids and calling them annoying. He also asked her to spend time with him outside of school hours, demanded a hair tie as a keepsake, and uncomfortably moved her chair closer to his, causing their knees to touch.

    Saini was apprehended at the school on Monday following a complaint from the girl’s father. He is facing charges of child endangerment and harassment. During his arraignment at Queens Criminal Court, he was released without bail but mandated to stay away from the student.

    Brothers Sentenced To Death After Gang Raping 14-Year-Old Girl and Burning Her In Coal Furnace

    In India, two brothers named Kalu, 25, and Kanha, 21, were given the death penalty by a special court for brutally gang-raping a 14-year-old girl and burning her alive in a coal furnace. The court ruling took place in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara District, per the Hindustan Times, India Today, and The Hindu, according to PEOPLE. 

    Seven individuals accused of involvement in disposing of the teen’s body were acquitted. However, Special Public Prosecutor Mahaveer Singh Kishnawat intends to appeal the acquittal. The girl went missing on Aug. 2, 2023, while tending to cattle. Her family discovered her shoes near a coal furnace and found bone fragments and a burnt bracelet inside it.

    Officials discovered some of the teenager’s remains in a pond two days later. The brothers, who were responsible for the coal furnace, confessed to disposing of the victim in the furnace and then scattering some of her remains in the pond to obstruct the police investigation. 

    According to India Today, a forensic examination revealed that sadly, the teen was still alive when she was placed in the furnace. Officials stated that she had been struck on the head with a stick, as reported by The Hindu.

    According to the Associated Press, officials disclosed that two women and four men were strangled in a well-known resort city in Guerrero state. The victims, with their hands tied behind their backs, were discovered in a pile on Monday night. The investigation is still ongoing, and the victims’ identities have not been made public, reports PEOPLE. 

    These killings occurred a week after

    “five bodies were dismembered”

    and left on the roads of Acapulco, a popular tourist destination. According to Fox News, one of the victims was a candidate for

    “Coyuca de Benítez’s town council.” 

    Additionally, a month earlier, the head of Acapulco’s traffic police, Eduardo Chávez, was fatally shot.

    28-Year-Old Woman Paralyzed After Being Crushed By Piano

    A woman named Danielle Drummond, 28, who moved to Oregon for a fresh start, suffered a tragic accident. While helping a friend move a piano, it fell on her, causing her spinal cord to be

    “severed”

    leaving her paralyzed from the waist down, reports WOIO, according to the New York Post. 

    Drummond informed WOIO,

    “I’m trying to keep like in high spirits because I know this is my life now, but it’s hard… As of right now, I need a lot more physical therapy. I need to rebuild my strength.”

    After the accident, the 28-year-old realized she would require intensive rehabilitation and a home health aide. However, her living situation in a van with her dog Lotus raises additional challenges. With no relatives in Oregon, she is searching for a place to live, and returning to her hometown of Cleveland seems impossible given her current situation.

    “I don’t even know like how I would get home, let alone like how to transfer all the medical stuff, and I don’t feel like I’m able right now to do like that far of a car ride or a trip in an airplane,”

    she continued. 

    According to Drummond’s sister, Rosie Hayne, she suffered fractures in her T11 and T12 vertebrae, which are the two lowest vertebrae in the thoracic spine. During surgery, doctors also performed a fusion procedure from T10 to L2 to enhance the stability of Drummond’s spine.

    Hayne created a GoFundMe to aid in covering her sister’s medical and living expenses. She wrote,

    “Our hearts are completely broken, My baby sister means the world to me.” 

    “Such a strong and wise woman, down to earth and humble, her aura reflects her beautiful soul. We will get through this with lots of prayer and positive guidance. This is in God’s hands now, please wrap them around her tight!,”

    she added.

    Mother Arrested After Her 2-Year-Old Son Was Discovered In Makeshift Cage Covered In Feces

    A mother in upstate New York is facing child endangerment charges after her 2-year-old son was discovered in a cage at their home. The child was drenched in feces and had multiple broken bones. The woman was arrested by New York State Police, who found the child living in deplorable conditions with rib fractures and bruising. The police learned about the child’s situation while visiting the family’s Buffalo home to serve an arrest warrant for the woman’s involvement in another crime, per USA TODAY. 

    During their visit to the home, investigators discovered the 2-year-old child confined in a bedroom inside a makeshift cage. The cage was made using a playpen covered with a piece of a crib, preventing the child from standing or leaving the playpen.

    According to officials,

    “The cage and 2-year-old were covered in human fecal matter. There was fecal matter on the walls.” 

    “The child and bedding were soaked in urine and fecal matter,”

    officials continued. 

    Trooper James O’Callaghan reported that food remnants, including chicken bones, were located inside the cage. Child Protective Services was contacted, and the child was taken to a hospital. The woman was arrested for child endangerment. The woman’s identity is being kept confidential by USA TODAY to protect the child.

    Doctors at the hospital discovered bruising on the baby’s face and body, as well as two fractured ribs that were healing. This suggests the ribs were broken 10 days to two weeks before the child received medical attention. The woman claimed the injuries occurred when the child fell down stairs in late Dec. 2023 or early Jan. 2024 however, she did not seek medical aid, per reports.

    Three People Died After Plane Breaks Mid-Air While Flying, Per Reports

    A Beechcraft V35 plane crashed in Franklin, Tennessee, resulting in the deaths of all three people on board. Unlike most single-engine plane crashes, this incident involved the aircraft breaking apart in the sky. Authorities received reports of an explosion, believed to be the crash. Federal investigators are now examining the wreckage for answers. The V35 departed from Louisiana Regional Airport and was en route to Louisville, Kentucky. The plane was owned by Dr. Lucius Doucet, a plastic surgeon from Baton Rouge, who also lost his life in the accident, according to JALOPNIK.

    The names of the two additional victims in the crash have not been verified. The National Transportation Safety Board is conducting an investigation. 

    Local officials are unsure of the exact location of the incident. The crash site covers about half a mile, with debris scattered in residential areas, but luckily, there have been no reports of property damage.
