Eboni K. Williams Opens Up About IVF Choice, Says She Heard Sperm Donor’s Voice and His Wishes To Connect With His Child In The Future

Eboni K. Williams is standing on her beliefs and speaking out about her decision to become a single mother by choice.

On her award-winning Holding Court Podcast, Williams explained to co-host Dustin about the reason she chose to go the IVF route, saying that she believes it was a “legally astute choice.”

“To me it felt like a safer choice…It gives me less risk and exposure.”

Williams, 40, revealed that she was giving birth to a baby girl but decided to go the route of artificial insemination. Social media went in on the TV host because of a previous take where she turned her nose up at the idea of dating a blue-collar worker, yet decided to get pregnant but someone she doesn’t know.

However, Williams said she has heard the donor’s voice on an MP3 file and his future wishes to one day connect with his seed when she turns 18.

“When my daughter turns 18 years old, if she would like, to find out her paternal identity as I wanted to do when I was 38, she doesn’t even have to wait that long and go through all that rigamarole that I had to do, hire a geneticist, hire a detective…here is his last known address and he is anticipating your contact.”

Williams said she has everything her child needs to learn about her biological dad from childhood photos, adult photos, his SAT scores, keepsakes and essays.

“For me it felt like a safer choice.

#Clique, are y’all here for Eboni’s IVF choice or is she cappin’ and trying to save face?

  • Morgan Freeman Doesn’t Like The Idea Of Black History Month, Says ‘My History Is American History’

Morgan Freeman Doesn’t Like The Idea Of Black History Month, Says ‘My History Is American History’

Morgan Freeman expresses his disapproval of Black History Month.

“I detest it. The mere idea of it. You are going to give me the shortest month in a year? And you are going to celebrate ‘my’ history?! This whole idea makes my teeth itch. It’s not right,”

he tells Variety as he opened up about his new series

    “The Gray House”.

“My history is American history. It’s the one thing in this world I am interested in, beyond making money, having a good time, and getting enough sleep.”

    He went on to add,

“If you don’t know your past, if you don’t remember it, you are bound to repeat it,”

    he says.

Morgan Freeman, alongside Lori McCreary through Revelations Entertainment, has executive produced the Civil War series

    “The Gray House.”

This series, which opened the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, follows the captivating story of four Southern women. Elizabeth Van Lew, a socialite from Virginia, her mother, a formerly enslaved Black woman named Mary Jane Richards, and a prostitute, joined forces to spy for the Union. The show is based on true events and promises to be a thrilling journey.

“Do you know this song? ‘To everything, there is a season.’ It really, really works in show business. You are trying to sell something 15 years ago and nobody even looks at you. Then they go: ‘Didn’t you have a project, some time ago? Do you still have it?’ Life is like that, in this industry. You have got something you think is important, but trying to convince others is the difficult part.”

  • American Airlines Sues Passenger, Seeking Over $81,000 In Fines For 2021 Mid-Air Meltdown

American Airlines Sues Passenger, Seeking Over $81,000 In Fines For 2021 Mid-Air Meltdown

A woman is currently dealing with significant legal expenses due to an incident that took place during a flight from Dallas to Charlotte in 2021. Heather Wells, 34, is facing a lawsuit from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for failing to pay a fine of $81,950 designated to her by American Airlines, per the NY Post

This fine was a result of Wells’ disruptive and violent behavior during the flight. The incident occurred in July 2021, when Wells, who is originally from San Antonio, was served a neat Jack Daniels drink during the beverage service about an hour into the flight. As the flight progressed, Wells’, who typically flies business class, became agitated and attempted to open the main cabin door.

She also threatened a flight attendant, forcefully pushing him aside, and persisting towards the front of the aircraft. Two flight attendants and a fellow passenger had to restrain Wells using duct tape and flex cuffs to ensure the safety of everyone on board, reports note. Even while seated, she kicked, spit, and even attempted to bite and head-butt both the crew and fellow passengers. The situation escalated when she managed to break free from her restraints, unleashing more kicks towards crew members and passengers as they were in the process of taxiing to the gate.

The authorities were called to de-escalate the situation. Wells was sedated before being escorted off the aircraft. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has accused Wells of violating federal aviation regulations by attempting to gain unauthorized access to the flight cabin, interfering with the flight crew, making threats, and posing a clear and present danger to the safety of both the aircraft and its occupants. This is the highest penalty ever given by the FAA.

the DA’s office and police said in an initial news release.

Byrd told the 911 operator that he was being

    “verbally assaulted”

by a white man who was calling him a

    “dirty N-word,”

according to the affidavit of probable cause.

  • Police Searching For Man Who Accidentally Set Himself On Fire While Trying To Burn Exes House Down With Her and Her Children Inside

Police Searching For Man Who Accidentally Set Himself On Fire While Trying To Burn Exes House Down With Her and Her Children Inside

A New Mexico man is still on the run following an incident in which he accidentally set himself ablaze while attempting to set fire to his former girlfriend’s residence, per Fox News

The Albuquerque Police Department is actively searching for Artemio Sanchez-Ortega, 46, who was captured on a neighbor’s surveillance video fleeing from the scene after igniting the house. The incident occurred on May 24, while the ex-girlfriend and her children were inside.

Neighbor, Daniel Provine, captured the incident on video.

“Don’t commit arson… but if you’re going to commit arson, maybe figure out how to do it without catching yourself on fire in the process?”

Provine wrote. The video footage shows Sanchez-Ortega strolling down the street in the neighborhood, appearing composed as he carries a red gasoline can.

He then jumps over the front gate of his ex-girlfriend’s house. The yard becomes engulfed in flames, and Sanchez-Ortega emerges from the yard with flames on his body. Miraculously, he manages to escape and reaches his truck before driving away. Provine emphasized that he promptly handed over the video to the authorities and expressed his willingness to assist his neighbors in any way possible.

“The absurdity of seeing someone with such bitterness to light the fire and the ineptitude to get caught in flames in the process — it was absolutely absurd and really unfortunate. I feel terrible for the neighbors and wanted to do whatever I could to help,”

    Provine said.

Based on the criminal complaint obtained by KOAT, Sanchez-Ortega’s ex-girlfriend reported to investigators that he had contacted her three times before the incident took place. She further stated that he had called her earlier on Friday evening, and she

    “could tell he was drinking.”

Thankfully, according to KOAT, the suspect’s ex-girlfriend and children were unharmed during the incident.

  • Boy Who Went Missing and Found Safe Pens Diss Track About His Grandma Who Reported Him

Boy Who Went Missing and Found Safe Pens Diss Track About His Grandma Who Reported Him

Whew chile, #Clique this new generation is a little different.

Check this out, last week a 15-year-old boy, Tyrone Giles, was reported missing by his grandmother and the Columbus Georgia Police Department sent out a statewide report looking for the teen.

Giles was reportedly last seen in Oakland Park but ended up safe back at home with his grandmother who raised him and has custody.

However, Giles went the extra mile to lace an explicit diss track and release it about his grandmother, treating her like the opps for reporting him, according to reports.

Giles raps: “I just been chillin’, livin’ like this hoe cappin’ Or not missin’, let you know This hoe crazy, on God, this lil’ hoe trippin’ Talk my dad on me, said I ain’t missin’, I’m just standin’ on bendin’ You talkin’ bout you gon’ get me? Nah, lil’ hoe, you just trippin’ Don’t forget on your grandson, don’t make me come through with them switches On God, hoe, why you done lied to the whole net? Talkin’ bout on me, said I ain’t missin’, I’m just livin’ my best.”

The alarming lyrics caused one family member to step into the chat to explain Giles’ situation and she offered an explanation saying he wants to be “grown.”

“For those of you asking the questions, this is my nephew. He has been living with his grandmother, my mother, who has had custody of him for most of his life. His mother is not present but his father does provide some financial assistance. My mother has been taking primary care of him and his three siblings, doing the best she can on a fixed income since their grandfather passed in 2012. These kids have been raised to be respectful and had a much better life than they could have had if my mom had not been given custody of them. My mother suffered a stroke in August of 2022 and although this young man has always been a challenge, he has really lost his mind since her stroke. He ran away after Easter because he wanted to be grown and have young girls sleeping over and my mom was not having it.

The relative continued: “My mom is concerned for his safety because he is aligning himself with the wrong people and activities but he is more concerned about getting internet clout by disrespecting his grandma. These kids are just out of order, it doesn’t matter how well they are raised or provided for or whether or not the parents are present and actively involved. They want to be grown and do what they want to do without fully understanding what being grown is really all about. He is out here just clout chasing, so please just ignore his antics. I never thought I would be on the internet having one of these conversations, but here we are.”

#Clique, granny didn’t serve the smoke. What measure would you take if your grandchild wrote an explicit diss track cussing you out?

Michigan Woman Allegedly Sets Fire To Ex-Partner’s Home, Resulting In Death Of His Partially Paralyzed Mother

According to prosecutors, on the night of Monday, June 3, Cinamon Charmaine Rigmaiden went to her ex-partner’s home and poured a flammable liquid on the front porch. She then supposedly set fire to the house and fled the scene, reports People. The couple had recently broken up, reports note.

Unfortunately, the ex-partner’s mother, Tina Dorrough, who was inside the house, died in the fire. The names of the other two individuals who were also inside the house have not been disclosed.

They were taken to the hospital for treatment.

“Since when is the solution in the breakup of a relationship setting fire to an occupied house?”

Prosecutor Kym Worthy said in a statement.

“The alleged actions of the defendant in this case are beyond reprehensible.”

Dorrough, as explained by Maria Miller from the prosecutor’s office, was unable to escape the house when it caught fire due to being paralyzed on one side of her body. The day after the incident, Rigmaiden was arrested by the Livonia police. She is facing charges including felony murder, assault with intent to murder, and arson.

Rigmaiden had her arraignment on Friday, June 7, and was sent to jail. According to the prosecutor’s office, she has pleaded not guilty. During the recent court hearing, Rigmaiden’s defense lawyer argued that her intention was solely to cause damage to the property and not to harm anyone, as reported by Click on Detroit.

Two Female Teachers In Wisconsin Resign For Allegedly Sexting Student and Attempting To Arrange Foursome

Two high school business teachers in Wisconsin were forced to resign after it was discovered that they had been engaging in inappropriate behavior with a student, per the NY Post

The teachers, Alexsia Saldaris and Jennifer Larson were caught exchanging explicit messages and photos with the student through Snapchat. They even went as far as suggesting a foursome and sending risqué pictures. The scandal came to light after a school trip that took place from April 7-9th.

Larson confessed to sending inappropriate messages about

“cuddling, flirting, and the implication of alcohol.”

    “have fun”

with him and asked if another student could join them. Additionally, Saldaris allowed the student to drive a district van and shared a half-kiss with him, reports note. On a separate occasion, Saldaris sent the student photos of herself in her underwear and lingerie.

Larson eventually reported Saldaris to the administration for letting the student drive the van which ended their relationship. The scandal was further exposed when students were seen laughing at explicit pictures of Saldaris on a phone. Both teachers were placed on administrative leave and later resigned.

The Janesville Police Department is conducting an investigation to determine if any criminal charges should be filed against the teachers.

White Father Jumps on Stage At High School Graduation and Pushed Black Superintendent To Stop Him From Shaking Daughter’s Hand

It’s hot and it seems folks are losing their cool as seen in a viral video of a white father bucking at a Black superintendent during a high school graduation.

On Friday, during the Baraboo High School graduation ceremony in Wisconsin, a dad sprinted on stage as his daughter collected her diploma and proceeded down a line to shake the hands of administrators, WISC News reports.

But before the teen (whose name is being withheld) could get to Superintendent Rainey Briggs, the irate father jumped on the stage and aggressively grabbed Briggs and started shoving him.
“That’s my daughter,” the man can be heard saying in the video of the ceremony by TV43 Baraboo.
“I don’t want her touching him,” he continued.

Superintendent Briggs could be heard saying, “You better get up off me man. Get away from me bro.” Staff then started to intervene to get the man off the stage and out of the way.
The man was escorted out by police.

Since the incident, district spokesperson Hailey Wagner said a recommendation of a disorderly conduct charge was sent to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
“We would like to emphasize that the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community members is a top priority,” the statement said.
