According to Deadline, Chris Rock has made a deal to develop and direct
‘Another Round,’
based on the 2020 Thomas Vinterberg-directed black comedy that won the Oscar for Best International Feature Film as well as the BAFTA.
The film is a production of Appian Way and Makeready, with Jennifer Davisson and Leonardo DiCaprio as producers for Appian Way, and Brad Weston and Collin Creighton producing under Makeready.
‘Another Round’
starred Mads Mikkelsen as Martin, along with three of his fellow teacher friends who carry out an experiment to determine how consuming alcohol daily will affect their social and professional lives.
On the other hand, there is limited available information regarding how the English language version will approach the source material. However, DiCaprio was the first to lay the foundations after taking on the project in 2021.
