  • Adoptive Father Of 9 Arrested After Adopted Teen Calls Into Atlanta Podcaster Detailing Sex Abuse

Adoptive Father Of 9 Arrested After Adopted Teen Calls Into Atlanta Podcaster Detailing Sex Abuse

An adoptive father of 9 was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing his sons, ABC 13 reported.

The arrest came on account of an Atlanta-based podcaster who went the extra mile to get the teen and his brothers help. Twai’yah Paynes’ podcast, BlindSkinnedBeauty, answered the call that would change the lives of 9 adopted boys forever.

“I don’t think that was a coincidence at all,”

Paynes told the outlet. Paynes’ said the teen initially started writing alarming messages in the chat.

“A kid comes on and goes, ‘I have a very heated topic,’”

    Paynes said.

“He goes, ‘What do you do if your life is in danger?’”

Eventually, the boy called into Paynes’ podcast and revealed that his adoptive father had been sexually abusing him and his 8 brothers and that he planned to take action against his father when he turned 18 in a few days.

Paynes added her friend who’s a police officer to the call and tried instructing the teen on the next steps to take. She said she attempted to keep the boy on the call to receive as much information as she could but the boy only gave his name and said that he lived in Texas.

The podcast continued for 45 minutes before the line cut off but Paynes’ work did not stop there. According to the outlet, Paynes made over 200 phone calls trying to find out where the teen lived and who he was. After a 48-hour search, Paynes learned Hayim Nissim Cohen, 38, was the alleged perpetrator. The Atlanta podcaster reported the abuse to Houston police and days later, Cohen was arrested and charged with

“sexual assault and continuous sexual assault of a child,”

    reports state.

According to ABC 13, the children are all safe and child protective services have custody of 6 out of the 9 kids.

    “God knows my heart,”

    Paynes said.

“He knew I was going to be the one to go above and beyond expectations to make sure that kid was safe.”

Property Owner Says She’s ‘Giving Up’ After Squatters Reclaim Property Following SWAT Team Raid That Found Guns and Stolen Cars

A property owner says she feels helpless due to a group of squatters who keep returning to her Washington state property, the NY Post reported. After being initially removed by a SWAT team during the pandemic, she said they have returned and this time with a mob of stolen vehicles.

On Wednesday, police raided the Lynnwood, Wash., home and arrested five out of a dozen squatters who were living on the property illegally. Police told KIRO 7 News, they discovered drugs and guns on the property, along with 52 cars, some of which were stolen. Cops described their living conditions as

    “unhealthy and unstable.”

Laleh Kashani, who is the owner of the property said that the

    “criminals took over”

her property after the state and federal government put a suspension on evictions as COVID-19 first spread across the country.

“They took over the house and we couldn’t collect a dollar of rent, and have a mortgage,”

she told the outlet. Kashani said she changed the locks even after the raid and the suspects still returned.

“We changed the locks and they even broke that. So they should at least be arrested for breaking in, and they didn’t do that,”

    Kashani said.

However, Lieutenant David Hayes of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News Digital that it was

    “largely on the property owner”

to curb squatters from entering the property.

“The sheriff’s office will respond to the property owners complaints that people returned and if we have the ability to legally move people off the property we will,”

    Hayes said.

“What it may take for the property owner is to go and get a court order to move people out of there and oftentimes that’s necessary.”

Kashani says she’s frustrated by the entire situation and is looking to move out of the state.

    “I literally cry,”

    she said.

“I’m going to give up, I’m going to lose my house. Whatever we owe on it, let the bank take it.”

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office human trafficking team said they discovered Moises Escoto, a 36-year-old youth pastor, and Joel Lutz, a 38-year-old registered foster parent after a mother came forward and reported seeing alarming text on her 16-year-old’s phone. involved in connection with a human trafficking investigation, said.

Joel Lutz, a registered foster parent and an employee at Outback Steakhouse, also engaged in sexual acts with minors he found on the Sniffies app in exchange for money. He was arrested on Feb. 15.

“It is absolutely disgusting that these two men, who were placed in positions of mentorship and trust with children in our community, used online apps to seek out and victimize our youth,”

Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a statement.

“Unfortunately, we know that predators are constantly on the hunt to ruin the innocence of our community. I urge parents to know where and what their children are doing online at all times. We will not stop searching for these deviants wherever they may be, and we ask for parents and the community to help us protect our precious children.”

  • Jermaine Dupri Claps Back At Haters Who Say He’s No Longer Relevant, Say ‘I’ve Had A Hit Record Every Year That You Can Think Of’

Jermaine Dupri Claps Back At Haters Who Say He’s No Longer Relevant, Say ‘I’ve Had A Hit Record Every Year That You Can Think Of’

Atlanta’s critically acclaimed producer Jermaine Dupri is calling out critics who say he is no longer relevant.

The So So Def producer launched his record label in 1993 and is responsible for a myriad of notable hits like Kriss Kross’s

    “Jump”

record that was released in 1992 and more recently his record

    “Pressure”

with Ari Lennox, which serves as Lennox’s highest-charting single to date, according to That Grape Juice.

    Dupri went on the

    “I Am Athlete”

podcast and clapped back at the people calling him ‘old news’.

“I’ve had a hit record every year that you can think of, you just don’t even really realize it,”

    The Grammy Award-winning producer proclaimed.

“2020 was Usher and Ella Mai,”

    Dupri added.

“If you from the rap world and you listening to only trap music, then you gon’ be like, ‘JD ain’t made no music.’ Cause you ain’t listening to R&B music. You don’t know. Matter fact, I left something out. I put out Anthony Hamilton’s album last year,”

    he continued.

“So I’m saying, if you not really into what’s going on, you might have missed it. So you can say what you want to say, but that’s a reckless statement for you to put it out there unless you know what’s happening.”

Jermaine Dupri has gone on to record records with Summer Walker, dvsn, Tory Lanez, Snoop Dogg, A Boogie wit a Hoodie, Anthony Hamilton, and the list goes on. In a recent interview with Forbes, the 50-year-old expressed his gratitude for the success and legacy he has created within his label and in the industry.

“I brought youth into hip-hop and I’m the one who inserted the idea of kids rapping and I did it at the highest level,”

    he said.

“People never took So So Def seriously because, at the time when we came in, it was an adult sport,”

    Dupri added.

“There were no other kids in the business, so everything we see now on YouTube and SoundCloud with kids in their houses, making records, and becoming stars were nonexistent.”

  • Researchers Have Discovered An Increase In Average ‘Penis Lengths’ Over The Past 29 Years, Doctors Say They Are Concerned

Researchers Have Discovered An Increase In Average ‘Penis Lengths’ Over The Past 29 Years, Doctors Say They Are Concerned

According to a new study done by the World Journal of Men’s Health, researchers have seen a growth in the average length of erect penises which they say is a cause for concern, Complex reported.

After extensive analysis, researchers found that

“the average erect penis length has increased over the past three decades across the world.”

The trend was uncovered after researchers looked through numerous studies originally published from 1942 – 2021, eventually bringing forth

    “penis-related data”

from over 55,000 men. Researchers studied different categories of length, including measurements of the

    “flaccid” and “stretched”

variety and erect penises showed the most increase.

    According to the data,

“erect penis length has increased by 24 percent over the past 29 years when adjusted for region, age, and population.”

Stanford urologist Michael Eisenberg, MD believes this to be

    “concerning.”

“The increase happened over a relatively short period of time,”

    Eisenberg brought up.

“Any overall change in development is concerning because our reproductive system is one of the most important pieces of human biology. If we’re seeing this fast of a change, it means that something powerful is happening to our bodies. We should try to confirm these findings and if confirmed, we must determine the cause of these changes,”

    he explained.

  • Don Lemon Absent From CNN Morning Show A Day After His Comments On Women In Their 40s Being ‘Past Their Prime’

Don Lemon Absent From CNN Morning Show A Day After His Comments On Women In Their 40s Being ‘Past Their Prime’

It looks like Don Lemon is taking a break from the spotlight as he did not appear on CNN’s

    “The Morning Show”

    a day after his

    “sexist”

    comments about women being

    “past their prime”

which he later admitted to regretting.

After Thursday’s (Feb. 16) episode the CNN anchor received viral outrage for his remarks about women in their 40s being

    “past their prime”

when addressing his other co-host about Nikki Haley’s request that politicians at the age of 75 and up should go through mental competency exams.

    Lemon said,

“This whole talk about age makes me uncomfortable. I think it’s a wrong road to go down… She says ‘politicians are something and not in their prime,’ Nikki Haley isn’t in her prime. Sorry a woman is considered being in her prime in her 20’s and 30’s and maybe 40’s,”

he said. Lemon tried cleaning up his statement after seemingly offending his co-host,

    “That’s not according to me,”

    he explained.

“When you google ‘when is a woman in her prime’ it’ll say 20’s 30’s and 40’s. I’m not saying I agree with that, so I think she has to be careful about saying that politicians aren’t in their prime.”

Nikki Haley later responded to Lemon’s comments on Twitter writing,

“Liberals can’t stand the idea of having competency tests for older politicians to make sure they can do the job… BTW it’s always the liberals who are the most sexist.”

    Lemon’s

    “google fact”

quickly went viral with critics calling out the anchor for being

    “misogynistic.”

Former Fox News Anchor Megyn Kelly chimed in writing on Twitter,

“Look at this guy – constantly lectures us on how morally superior he is – but 100% ok with Don Lemon’s misogyny. There is NO context in which this comment is okay. Stop defending it. Pathetic.”

The 56-year-old wrote out an apology on Twitter for his

    “inartful and irrelevant”

    comments stating,

“The reference I made to a woman’s ‘prime’ this morning was inartful and irrelevant, as colleagues and loved ones have pointed out, and I regret it. A woman’s age doesn’t define her either personally or professionally. I have countless women in my life who prove that every day.”

Lemon has been in the hot seat in recent weeks, according to sources.

“Don has been skating on thin ice for so long and many wanted him fired in December when he freaked out on Kaitlin Collins for no reason. She was in tears and it was so inappropriate,”

    a source said.

  • Oklahoma Judge Rules In Favor Of Sperm Donor In Child Custody Battle After Baby’s Two Moms Split

Oklahoma Judge Rules In Favor Of Sperm Donor In Child Custody Battle After Baby’s Two Moms Split

An Oklahoma woman has lost custody of her son to her sperm donor after her ex-wife moved in with him following their split, NY Post reported per KFOR News.

Kris Williams and her then-wife, Rebekah Wilson, gave birth to a baby boy in June 2019. Williams told KFOR that her name was recorded on her son’s birth certificate as one of his two mothers the day he was born. However, according to Oklahoma law, as a lesbian couple, one must adopt the child to

    “establish parental rights,”

    which Williams did not do.

The women separated when the boy was two and Wilson moved in with her sperm donor, Harlan Vaughn. According to court filings, Wilson said she was co-parenting with Vaughn, who has been a donor to at least 13 other babies, reports note. On Monday, an Oklahoma judge ruled that the sperm donor was the legal parent along with Wilson leaving Williams out of the equation. Williams said the ruling left her in

“pure terror, as a queer person, to be erased.”

The judge referred to Oklahoma’s Uniform Parentage Act which does not acknowledge same-sex marriage, KFOR noted.

“The reality is that the law provides a legal remedy available to Williams. She knowingly chose not to pursue it,”

    the ruling stated.

Williams’ attorney, Robyn Hopkins told the outlet they plan to appeal the judge’s decision

“Kris is on the birth certificate of this child and [she and Wilson] were married.. a child of the marriage… I mean, to me, it’s logical. It’s black and white… Show me where the case law says that gay people have to adopt their own child,”

the attorney said, noting that this would not be the case for heterosexual couples.

  • Off-Duty Chicago Officer Tells Alleged Thief ‘ I’ll Kill You’ Before Fatally Shooting Him

Off-Duty Chicago Officer Tells Alleged Thief ‘ I’ll Kill You’ Before Fatally Shooting Him

An off-duty Chicago officer warned a would-be robber that she will ‘kill’ him before pulling the trigger and fatally shooting him, NY Post reported.

The incident occurred on January 17 when the off-duty officer stepped in to break up a fight between four people. One of the individuals in the group proceeded to reach for the officer’s handgun which broke out into a scuffle between the two. The officer is heard telling the man

    “I’ll kill you,”

before shots rang out hitting 39-year-old Leevon Smith.

The series of events was captured on surveillance footage and later released by Chicago’s Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA). After the first two shots were fired Smith is heard saying,

“you got me, you got me.”

    The off-duty officer then replies,

“I told your dumb— I’d kill you,”

as she shoots the third and final shot.

    “Damn, baby, I’m sorry,”

an injured Smith cries out, adding moments later

    “I don’t want to die.”

The unnamed cop is heard yelling for someone to call the police as she continues to scold Smith for trying to steal her gun, the footage showed.

“You thought I was playing, I told you I’d shoot you… I told your dumb— I’d shoot you,” the unnamed cop says. “You tried to steal my f—ing gun.”

Smith was taken to the hospital, where was pronounced dead two days later, CBS Chicago reported. CPD said in a statement that the officer was placed on routine 30-day administrative duty pending an investigation. They later concluded that the suspect did grab the off-duty officer’s weapon to which she was presented with

    “imminent”

    danger.

According to an arrest report, the officer

“suffered a cut above her right eye”

from the attack. Chicago police said the officer did the right thing by calling 911 after the shooting. She was not charged for the fatal shooting of Smith however, Smith’s family is suing the city and officer for $10 million, according to the local newspaper.
