Mother Confesses To Cutting Infant’s Throat and Discarding Lifeless Body In Dumpster

Fardoussa Abdillahi, 28, of Minnesota has confessed to killing her baby by slitting his throat, placing his body in a garbage bag, and disposing of it in a dumpster near her apartment building, reports Law&Crime

In the early morning hours on November 28th, a witness who spotted Abdillahi said she told him

“she had thrown the baby in the dumpster.”

The man disturbed by her remarks quickly notified police.

Witnesses went searching for the infant before officers arrived on the scene, to no avail.

“Witnesses were unsure at the time if the defendant was being truthful and called the police when they could not find the baby,”

    court documents state.

When police arrived on the scene they questioned Abdillahi about the child’s location which she disclosed.

“Officers located the deceased body of Child A within the dumpster. The defendant was placed under arrest and the scene was preserved,”

according to a police report obtained by Law&Crime.

The baby boy was no more than 4 months old, the probable cause statement said. An autopsy revealed that the baby suffered a

“circumferential sharp force injur[y] to [the] neck,”

according to the probable cause statement.

“The manner of death was ruled homicide.”

Abdillahi reportedly told interrogators that she started experiencing

“headaches and feelings of worry and fear”

after the birth of her son. The child’s father was also

    “denying”

that the baby was his, she said, according to the probable cause statement.

Abdillahi recently pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, according to Law&Crime records. Initially facing a first-degree murder charge for her son’s brutal death, Abdillahi struck a deal with the Stearns County Attorney’s Office. In exchange for her guilty plea to a lesser charge, the first-degree murder count was dropped by the prosecutors.

  • Billy Porter Says ‘F-You’ To Disney CEO Bob Iger After Disclosing He Was Forced To Sell His House Amidst Hollywood Strikes

Billy Porter Says ‘F-You’ To Disney CEO Bob Iger After Disclosing He Was Forced To Sell His House Amidst Hollywood Strikes

Due to the ongoing Hollywood strikes, Emmy-winning actor Billy Porter revealed that he is putting his house up for sale, leading him to express strong dissatisfaction towards Disney CEO Bob Iger. “F–k you,” he said in an exclusive interview with the Evening Standard per Insider.

“Because we’re on strike. And I don’t know when we’re gonna go back,”

    Porter told the Evening Standard.

“The life of an artist, until you make fuck-you money — which I haven’t made yet — is still check-to-check. I was supposed to be in a new movie and on a new television show starting in September. None of that is happening.”

Porter also mentioned a July report from Deadline, in which an unnamed studio executive shared their belief that studios’ ultimate objective would be to prolong the strikes until

“union members start losing their apartments and losing their houses.”

“So to the person who said ‘we’re going to starve them out until they have to sell their apartments’: you’ve already starved me out,”

    Porter said.

Since May, the Writer’s Guild of America has been engaged in a strike, while the Screen Actors Guild joined in July, and unfortunately, there is no resolution in sight. These two prominent Hollywood unions are advocating for improved wages in the streaming era and safeguards against artificial intelligence. They are striving to negotiate a contract agreement with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. According to NBC News, as the strikes persist, the financial strain on Hollywood writers and actors is intensifying.

Porter, well known for his role in the hit FX series

    “Pose,”

challenged Iger’s statements when he called the actor’s strike

    “very disturbing,”

in a recent interview with CNBC.

“To hear Bob Iger say that our demands for a living wage are unrealistic? While he makes $78,000 a day?”

    Porter told the Evening Standard.

“I don’t have any words for it, but; fuck you.”

  • United Airlines Passenger Claims First-Class Meal In Economy-Plus Seat Nearly Results In No-Fly List Placement

United Airlines Passenger Claims First-Class Meal In Economy-Plus Seat Nearly Results In No-Fly List Placement

Sam, a loyal United Airlines passenger, found himself in a surprising situation during a recent flight. According to Sam, he was excited after receiving a first-class meal in an economy-plus seat until it nearly resulted in him being on the no-fly list, per Insider

To his defense, he was upgraded to first class for the first leg of his trip however, Sam and other passengers were left without a meal due to a catering error. During a layover in Denver, Sam jokingly asked a flight attendant for a first-class meal on his economy-plus seat for the next leg of his journey. To his surprise, the flight attendant discreetly delivered the requested meal.

“At no point did I actually think she was going to do it. And if she did do it, great,”

    he said.

“I shot my shot… She dropped it down, winked at me, and I said, ‘Oh my gosh, thank you so much,’”

    Sam said.

    “And that was it.”

Shortly after being served a first-class manicotti meal, a cabin manager who had overheard their conversation, confronted Sam, who told him

    “confrontationally and very rudely”

claiming it was against policy to receive a first-class meal in an economy seat. The manager threatened to document and discipline him, even mentioning the possibility of being put on United Airlines’ do-not-fly list.

    The cabin manager

“then begins to verbally berate me in the most condescending, unprofessional, and disrespectful tone informing me that she is ‘writing me up,’”

    Sam said.

After the flight, Sam received an apology from the captain and shared his story on Reddit, generating significant attention. He also sent a detailed email to United expressing his dissatisfaction. Despite the incident, Sam has not decided to stop flying with United, emphasizing that one bad experience shouldn’t end his loyalty. He hopes United will address the situation appropriately and prevent similar incidents in the future.

  • Company Uses Keystroke Technology To Monitor Woman’s Work From Home, Resulting In Her Termination

Company Uses Keystroke Technology To Monitor Woman’s Work From Home, Resulting In Her Termination

An employee was terminated from her job after her employer determined she was stealing hours by not working her designated work schedule, using a keystroke technology from her company laptop, reports the NY Post.

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has denied a former employee, Suzie Cheikho’s claims that she was given an

    “unfair dismissal”

and that the company had a

“premeditated plan to remove her from the business and that she was targeted due to her mental health issues.”

However, FWC has been an advocate for the decision of her employer, Insurance Australia Group (IAG), to fire Cheikho due to a

    “valid reason of misconduct,”

after discovering she was not working her registered hours. According to the company, Cheikho did not perform her hours for 44 days, began work late on 47 days, ended early on 29 days, and completed zero hours of work on 4 days. Cheikho is also accused of

“missing deadlines and meetings, being absent and uncontactable, and failing to complete a task which caused the industry regulator to fine IAG,”

    according to IAG.

The company was able to determine Cheikho’s misconduct after providing her with a business laptop that detailed how many times an employee physically pressed the keyboard. They calculated 54 keystrokes per hour throughout her surveillance, which verifies that

“she was not presenting for work and performing work as required,”

    said IAG.

Cheikho has dedicated 18 years working as a  consultant at the firm. She has since put in a request for

    “unfair dismissal”

    but has not provided any

    “credible”

evidence to back up her story.

“I have been going through a lot of personal issues which has caused a decline to my mental health and unfortunately I believe it has affected my performance and my work,”

she reportedly said in a formal meeting about the review.

  • Bill Cosby Faces New Lawsuit From Singer Morganne Picard Alleging Actor Drugged and Raped Her In The Late 1980s

Bill Cosby Faces New Lawsuit From Singer Morganne Picard Alleging Actor Drugged and Raped Her In The Late 1980s

Renowned comedian Bill Cosby is confronted with yet another lawsuit, this time by singer Morganne Picard, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her in the late 1980s, according to USA Today

Cosby allegedly coerced Picard into drinking intoxicating beverages on multiple occasions between 1987 and 1990. She claims to have been rendered unconscious and raped by Cosby at his residence, waking up in a hotel room with vaginal soreness. Picard also accuses Kaufman Astoria Studios, Astoria Studios LP II, the Carsey-Warner Company, and NBCUniversal of failing to stop Cosby’s abuse.

No response has been received from Kaufman Astoria Studios, the Carsey-Warner Company, or NBCUniversal. Picard’s lawsuit accuses Cosby of battery, assault, and emotional distress, while the other defendants are being sued for negligence. Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, denies the allegations.

“It is disappointing to see that these alleged distractors are able to monetize false allegations against Mr. Cosby,”

Andrew Wyatt, said in a statement to PEOPLE.

    Wyatt added,

“Mr. Cosby continues to invoke his Constitutional Rights by saying, ‘Not Guilty’ and vehemently denying all of these alleged allegations waged against him.”

The Adult Survivors Act allows adult victims to sue alleged abusers for older sexual crimes within a one-year window, regardless of the Statute of Limitations. This window closes on Thanksgiving 2024.

This lawsuit adds to Cosby’s legal battles. Previously, former model Victoria Valentino filed a lawsuit alleging Cosby drugged and raped her in 1969.

Five women also accused Cosby of sexual assault, battery, and emotional distress. Cosby, who has faced accusations from over 60 women, was convicted in 2018 but later released in 2021 after his conviction was vacated.

  • Airline Passenger With Nut Allergy Buy 48 Packs Of Peanuts To Ensure Safety On Flight, ‘I’ll Buy Them All So You Can’t Serve Them’

Airline Passenger With Nut Allergy Buy 48 Packs Of Peanuts To Ensure Safety On Flight, ‘I’ll Buy Them All So You Can’t Serve Them’

Leah Williams, a 27-year-old airline passenger with a severe nut allergy, took extreme measures to protect herself during a flight from Dusseldorf, Germany to London‘s Heathrow Airport, Insider reported.

Due to her vulnerability to anaphylactic shock, Williams had experienced a previous allergic reaction when a pack of peanuts was opened near her during a flight. Determined not to repeat the incident, she decided to purchase all available packs of peanuts on her return flight.

“I said, ‘I’ll buy them all so you can’t serve them. I don’t care how much it is. If you’re not willing to help me this is the only thing I can do,’”

    she told Insider.

Despite having received cooperation from the cabin crew on her earlier flight from London to Dusseldorf, who made an announcement and refrained from serving nuts, Williams faced resistance when she requested the same accommodations on her return flight. A flight attendant, seemingly dismissive of her concerns, refused to make an announcement, citing airline policy.

Feeling frustrated and concerned for her safety, Williams made a bold choice. She decided to buy every pack of peanuts on the flight, preventing their distribution. The flight attendants counted the 48 packs to ensure the correct payment, which amounted to 168 euros (approximately $185).

“The worst thing was they actually asked if I wanted to take the peanuts, and I said obviously not,”

    Williams said.

While many airlines choose not to serve or sell peanuts on flights, Eurowings, the airline Williams flew with, does not clarify its snack offerings on its website. It states that it cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to passengers’ ability to bring their own food onboard.

Williams has since reached out to Eurowings, seeking a refund and urging the airline to reconsider its policy on selling peanuts. She has yet to receive a response. However, a Eurowings representative told Insider,

“We are very sorry that the flight with us did not go as smoothly as desired and we regret any inconvenience this has caused Leah Williams.”

  • White Woman In Blackface Harasses Target and Starbucks Customers In Colorado With Disturbed Rants

White Woman In Blackface Harasses Target and Starbucks Customers In Colorado With Disturbed Rants

Former Colorado postal worker, Ersilia Campbell, was recorded on video displaying racist behavior at an Aurora Target store and Starbucks

A video acquired by TMZ shows Campbell entering Target with her face smeared with dark makeup, engaging in irrational rants about

    “whiteface”

    and politics.

“Lester Holt did ‘whiteface’ and nobody said s–t,”

the video captures Campbell responding to an employee who confronted her regarding the offensive face paint.

She reportedly demanded to see the store’s Pride section and was noticeably upset when employees informed her that Pride Month had concluded in June.

“Oh, I thought they were celebrating this and they took our flag forever, no?”

Campbell responded, seemingly alluding to the rainbow flag that is commonly associated with LGBTQIA+ Pride.

    “I don’t shop at Target,”

she said as she walked out of the store.

However, Campbell’s unsettling and racially offensive conduct did not end there. Later the same day, she uploaded a self-recorded video from a nearby Starbucks where she continued to display her face painted in black and wore a Mickey Mouse shirt decorated with Donald Trump campaign stickers.

“I never treat myself to Starbucks since the post office got rid of me,”

    she said.

“Trump is coming … I’m showing my t–ies,”

she teased, leaning back to show off the two stickers.

According to TMZ, Campbell’s LinkedIn profile states that she held the position of operations supervisor at the United States Postal Service, however, she was terminated in February.

In the Starbucks video, Campbell announced that she was on her

“way to the post office for a job,”

    claiming,

“they will never recognize my picture now,”

as she giggled maniacally, referring to the blackface.

TMZ obtained a photo showing a bulletin distributed by USPS to its current employees, which identified Campbell as a trespasser. This alarming incident has raised concerns about racial intolerance and inappropriate behavior.

  • Mother Arrested For Concealing $30,000 Worth Of Drugs On Her Children During Traffic Stop, Prosecutors Say

Mother Arrested For Concealing $30,000 Worth Of Drugs On Her Children During Traffic Stop, Prosecutors Say

An Ohio mother was apprehended after authorities discovered an estimated $30,000 worth of illegal pharmaceutical drugs hidden on her children, reports Law & Crime

Victoria N. Barrientos, 27, was initially charged with engaging in

“corrupt activity, fentanyl trafficking, and money laundering.”

She now faces additional charges which were brought forth during her appearance in Zanesville Municipal Court, Wednesday. The new charges include,

“encompass endangering children, corrupting a child with drugs, drug trafficking within a school zone, and drug possession,”

    relating to her arrest.

Despite a judge’s ruling to have Barrientos’s bond reduced from $750,000 to $500,000, prosecutors sought to increase it to $1 million following the latest charges. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office also revealed that Barrientos has an extensive criminal rap sheet, including convictions for drug-related offenses and money laundering.

After serving time in prison for money laundering on behalf of her boyfriend, Deangelo ‘D-Lo’ Tellis, who is currently serving a 15-year sentence for corrupt activity and narcotics trafficking, Barrientos allegedly returned to the drug trafficking scene. For almost a year, detectives from the Zanesville/Muskingum County Joint Drug Unit and CODE Task Force closely monitored her

    “drug operation,”

    observing

“the gradual reintroduction of her boyfriend’s Columbus-based associates to the Muskingum County area.”

According to prosecutors, based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, authorities conducted a traffic stop on Barrientos’ vehicle on Monday. This occurred while she was en route to Zanesville in an attempt to regain custody of one of her children.

“Children’s Services arrived at the stop because Barrientos had other children with her who needed to be placed in proper care. While sorting through the children’s care items, caseworkers found a large quantity of suspected suboxone strips which had been individually bagged for distribution,”

    the release states.

“Suboxone is a street drug of abuse marketed by pharmaceutical companies as an alternative to opiates. The drugs planted on the child have an estimated prison value of $30,000.”
