Man Arrested After Shooting Someone On Bus Who Was Allegedly Laughing At A Passenger Who Farted

An alleged mishap over laughing about someone farting on a bus in Las Vegas ended in a shooting incident, reports FOX5. Last month, Dominic Johnson, a 25-year-old with a criminal history, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and battery for a May 3, 2023 shooting. Johnson was taken into custody by officials in Eudora, Arkansas, and was later placed in the Clark County Detention Center.

In the incident, Johnson, a bus passenger, rose, retrieved a gun from his waistband, and aimed it at another passenger. He fired four shots before leaving the scene. The victim suffered injuries to his hand, stomach, and leg. Officials in Eudora, Arkansas, took Johnson into custody and then transferred him to the Clark County Detention Center.

The shooting victim told officials that he and his girlfriend giggled about the smell of a fart. Surveillance footage revealed that Johnson seemed annoyed by the laughter of the victim and his girlfriend, which allegedly led to his aggressive actions.

The police were able to identify Johnson through previous booking photos and his social media profile. A subsequent search of his residence resulted in the discovery of a gun, ammunition, and clothing. Johnson’s past firearm theft conviction barred him from gun possession. During a court hearing, they set his bail at $270,000, and scheduled a preliminary hearing for later this month.

Officials Seeking Woman Who Shot Five People After Being Denied Entry Into Bar

A woman shot five people outside a well-known Denver bar because she couldn’t get in. The bar is called Whiskey Row and it’s in downtown Denver, reports the New York Post. The police are still looking for the person who did it. They think the woman might have been trying to shoot the security guards who stopped her from going inside because they believed she was using someone else’s ID. Instead, she ended up shooting five innocent people who were outside the bar. Luckily, all five of them are expected to survive.

A security who worked at a bar across the street heard the gunshots and quickly got everyone inside to keep them safe. He locked the doors and made sure everyone was okay. A woman who was waiting in line to go into the bar said that people started screaming and running when they heard the gunshots. She was grateful that she and her friends weren’t hurt; however, individuals behind her group and in front of them were struck. She said it was a  scary experience for everyone.

“I’m extremely grateful to be here. And to be OK, and that all of my friends are also OK. But it’s a traumatic experience to go through, especially for the five victims that were hit,”

    Madison Sharnowski said.

She went on to say that most of the people who got shot were hit in their legs. Sharnowski stayed with a young woman who was struck in the ankle until help arrived.

The police released a picture of the woman they believe is responsible and are offering a $2,000 reward for any information that leads to her arrest.

  • Teen Charged After Murdering Ex-Girlfriend After She Attempted To Break Up With Him

Teen Charged After Murdering Ex-Girlfriend After She Attempted To Break Up With Him

A Colorado teen, Jovanni Sirio-Cardona,16,  is currently being tried as an adult after fatally shooting his former girlfriend in front of her younger brother after she attempted to break up with him, according to the Weld County District Court Division 17, reports the New York Post. Reports say the devastating incident occurred earlier this month.

Prosecutors were led to believe that he told the victim that he was going to murder her after she tried to break up with him. On June 16, Sirio-Cardona was caught running down a path that leads to 15-year-old Lily Silva-Lopez’s home at 3:45 p.m. He then broke into her room by climbing through the window. Lily screamed for her younger brother, who was in another room watching tv. She warned her brother to run moments before shots began to fire, Lily’s 13-year-old brother told officials, says an arrest warrant obtained by Denver 7.

Sirio-Cardona allegedly shot the teen girl several times in her home’s hallway. Lily’s younger brother told officials that he witnessed her on the floor as Sirio-Cardona stood over her with a gun as blood dripped from his nose. Lily’s brother said Sirio-Cardona confiscated his phone so he couldn’t contact the police. The 16-year-old ex-boyfriend also asked Lily’s younger brother to help him move her body before pulling her into her room by himself.

The 13-year-old boy ran to his neighbor’s home and Sirio-Cardona fled. Officials say Lily’s brother pointed out Sirio-Cardona as the shooter. Records say that when officials went to the suspect’s home, and his grandmother asked why he told her

“he did what he had to do and shot someone.”

Domestic violence has come up often in their six-month relationship. Merely six days before she was murdered, the teen reported that Sirio-Cardona hurt her arms and punched her.

Sirio-Cardona has been charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, burglary, aggravated robbery, and juvenile possession of a handgun, The Post reports.
