    Soulja Boy has never shied from public feuds, and he is back in the news with his attack on Plies. The rapper took to Instagram on Monday, March 17, to call out Plies and insult him. This was in response to the news that Plies dropped a suit he had filed against Soulja and other rappers. Soulja reacted immediately with a screenshot of Billboard’s headline on his account, calling the Hypnotized rapper a “dummy.” He added the caption, “Just like I thought sit yo lil broke ass down n**ga. This my s**t dummy.”

    Why Did Plies File A Lawsuit?

    Plies, born Algernod Washington, filed a lawsuit against Megan Thee Stallion, GloRilla, Cardi B, and Soulja Boy in November 2024. He accused them of using the “infrared countdown beat, which his 2008 track Me & My Goons introduced in their song, Wanna Be. Soulja earned a writing credit for the track, and Cardi B was featured in a remix of the song. Plies also claimed Soulja used the sample in his Pretty Boy Swag track. However, he dropped the lawsuit on Friday “without prejudice.” This means he could refile in the future.

    Soulja Boy’s Initial Response

    After Plies filed the lawsuit in November, Soulja Boy took to Instagram to share his amusement and mock him. “Pretty Boy Swag’ is not your [beat],” Soulja Boy stated on his IG live per Onsite. “So you wanna wait 10 years to try to sue a n**ga for a beat? That is not your beat. You need to change your name to ‘Lies,’ ’cause you a muthafuckin’ liar… You know that ain’t your muthafuckin’ beat, bro.” Soulja Boy also mocked Plies for what he thought was an attempt to rip off Megan Thee Stallion.

    Fans React To Soulja Boy and Plies’ Drama

    Fans took the Soulja Boy and Plies drama in a light-hearted way. They laughed over the former’s statement and thought he was funny. Someone said on Onsite’s page, “This young man is one of the funniest swear.” A second person remarked, “lol this nigga funny af idc who broke or not but jit ass gone talk his shit.”

    However, many corrected Soulja Boy for calling Plies broke and noted that the latter was on tour. Others also warned Soulja Boy to mind his speech.

    “Calling someone broke when you be walking around with a dirty ass Gucci headband is diabolical but go off lil one,” someone commented. A second person said, “Meanwhile Plies on tour living his best life.” A third person remarked, “I don’t think plies broke.” “He run his mouth too much because he ain’t recieved a big man beating yet for running his gums…. offer @plies to a boxing match @souljaboy let’s see you run your mouth, he will knock them teeth out your box for you. You gone learn someday!!” another person said.

    In the meantime, someone else has claimed to have used the infrared countdown beat that caused Soulja Boy and Plies drama. It remains to be seen whether Plies will file a lawsuit again.

    Black Lives Matter Foundation Responds To Lil Yachty’s ‘Scam’ Comment

    Lil Yachty earned the ire of the Black Lives Matter organization when he called the foundation a scam. The rapper shared his inhibitions about the organization while appearing on a YouTube series. Lil Yachty claimed that Black Lives Matter founders stole money to enrich themselves, a statement the group refuted. The organization replied that it was focused on empowering black people and knocked Lil Yachty for repeating certain talking points.

    Black Lives Matter Fires Back At Lil Yachty

    Black Lives Matter has responded to Lil Yachty’s claims about the organization being a “scam.” It condemned the rapper’s remarks in a statement to Fox News,  saying, “It’s clear Lil Yachty has been drinking the white supremacist ideology Kool-Aid. His comments are wrong. They are misinformed, unoriginal, and crafted to please the same people who profit from Black suffering.”

    The statement added, “The real scam isn’t Black Lives Matter. It is watching Black artists with massive platforms recycle the same tired attacks on Black movements while ignoring the actual systems killing us. Black Lives Matter has supported Black families who have lost loved ones to police violence. We have built programs, funded mutual aid, and fought in courtrooms and on the streets to protect our people. BLM was never a scam, selling out your people for clout is.”

    Lil Yachty Blasts Black Lives Matter

    Black Lives Matter’s response to Lil Yachty was a reaction to the rapper’s comments about it embezzling funds. Yachty openly called the organization a “scam” on Quenline Blackwell’s popular Feeding Starving Celebrities YouTube series. Blackwell’s cooking series hosts celebrities, and during the episode, she asked Yachty how much he’s spent on charity this year. The Get Dripped rapper replied that the year was young, so Blackwell asked him about the last two years.

    “What about the year before last year?” she asked. Yachty responded, “Well, that year, yeah, that’s a good year. It’s just blurry because I be doing so much.” Blackwell then asked Lil Yachty about Black Lives Matter, saying, “BLM? Since you want to be so Black power?” However, he replied, “BLM is a scam.”  A shocked Blackwell said, “Clip that! Send it to the f***ing news!” The rapper then explained why he called the group a “scam.”

    “BLM was literally a scam. They had bought mansions, and you probably wouldn’t know anything about it because you don’t care about Black people and don’t follow Black news,” he quipped to his host. However, Blackwell dispelled the notion and responded that she does “care about Black people” and is “literally the most pro-Black person in this room.”

    Black Lives Matter Accused Of Misappropriation

    Lil Yachty didn’t entirely make up his comments about Black Lives Matter. The organization has faced great scrutiny for some time, with many allegations of misappropriation of funds. BLM came under fire in 2022 after New York Magazine exposed its $6 million California property purchase. The report said, “The California property was purchased for nearly $6 million in cash in October 2020 with money that had been donated to BLMGNF (Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation).”

    This sparked a significant backlash, prompting the organization to respond on X, formerly Twitter. It acknowledged the concerns about transparency and explained what it bought the property for. “There have been a lot of questions surrounding recent reports about the purchase of Creator’s House in California. Despite past efforts, BLMGNF recognizes that there is more work to do to increase transparency and ensure transitions in leadership are clear,” its official Twitter account replied.

    The BLM account added, “Despite past efforts, BLMGNF recognizes that there is more work to do to increase transparency and ensure transitions in leadership are clear.” A board member, Shalomyah Bowers, also emailed a statement to the New York Magazine reporter. She said that the organization purchased the property “with the intention for it to serve as housing and studio space for recipients of the Black Joy Creators Fellowship.”

    BLM announced this program the next day as providing “recording resources and dedicated space for Black creatives to launch content online and in real life focused on abolition, healing justice, urban agriculture and food justice, pop culture, activism, and politics.

    Lil Yachty’s opinion of Black Lives Matter shows that the organization has not redeemed its image in many people’s minds. However, many have conceded that the movement is great and only needs transparent and honest leaders.

    Former “The Bachelor” star Sean Lowe revealed on Monday that he was bitten by his dog on two different occasions within 12 hours, as reported by PEOPLE. The 41-year-old shared this alarming news about his recently adopted dog, Moose.

    Lowe Details the Horrifying Attack

    In an Instagram video posted to his account on Monday, Lowe recounted the terrifying experience. “On Thursday, I was having some friends of mine over to barbecue. Catherine took the kids to the mall, and we’re just barbecuing here on my patio…some of the smoke from the barbecue started to drift inside, and our smoke alarm started going off.”

    “So I grab a dish rag and I’m going over to waft the smoke away from the smoke alarm….” Lowe recalled. “And as I’m holding the dish rag, Moose comes up and, like, bites it and kind of nips my finger really aggressively, which is something that he does not do. So, you know, I kind of gave him a, ‘No Moose.’”

    He went on, “At this point again, there’s so much chaos going on with the alarm going off, I give him like a very stern like, ‘Moose. No. No.’ And it was right about that moment where he shows his teeth at me and just attacks me, and I don’t mean like bite and run off like a lot of dogs do when they’re scared or defensive. I mean, attacks me, and I feel him just kind of ripping into the flesh of my arm. And at this point, I am doing everything I possibly can just to fend this dog off.”

    While he mentioned that he was “bleeding badly,” he managed to get Moose into his backyard. “He comes back through the door and attacks me for a second time…I honestly just felt like I am fighting for my life here against a dog,” he remembered. Lowe needed several stitches for his injuries. Once he got home, he planned to call animal control. He also was going to call the adoption agency where he and his wife got Moose. However, before he could do that, the dog attacked him again. Moose was taken away by authorities and Lowe had to return to the ER to get more stitches.

Dr. Umar claimed his second baby mama, who he referred to as “Miss Vegan,” takes child support from him. However, she reportedly prevents him from seeing his child. The influencer then gave Miss Vegan a deadline for producing his daughter.

    Dr. Umar Blasts Second Baby Mama Online

    Dr. Umar brought more of his personal issues online when he called out his second baby mama, Miss Vegan. The activist has been at the center of controversy after his first daughter called him out for being a deadbeat. However, it appears he has not had enough of it, as he went online to fight Miss Vegan. Dr. Umar accused Miss Vegan of keeping his daughter from him. He said the “silver lining” in fighting his first baby mama and first daughter was that he could address the current issue.

    Dr. Umar said:

    “Baby mama number two, Miss Vegan. You have two weeks to produce my child, who you’ve been keeping from me while I’ve been paying child support, just like baby mama number one. It’s déjà vu.”

    He added:

    “Collecting my child support, denying me my child. We ain’t talking about Mama Smurf right now. She old news. She old crusty news.”

    Dr. Umar Gives Baby Mama Ultimatum

    Dr. Umar told fans during his livestream that he has information Miss Vegan would like to keep private. He threatened to release the details if Miss Vegan didn’t release his daughter to him before a certain period.

    “If I do not meet and see my child by Saturday, March 29th, Miss Vegan, I will be going live and I’m going to tell the whole world information you don’t want them to know. And Miss Vegan, I don’t want to put your business in the streets,” he declared.

    Deadbeat Allegations Against Dr. Umar

    Dr. Umar’s rant is a spin-off of his online feud with his first daughter, Anisa, whom the internet recently discovered. A few days ago, Anisa posted that Dr. Umar was an absentee dad, a claim so contrary to the Pan-African activist’s online persona that it shook the internet. However, he didn’t deny it and instead asked his daughter to bring her mother for a conversation.

    “Get Mama Smurf. I will have my White man paperwork. When can we do this sit-down? Been paying child support since you came out the womb. Deadbeat who?”

    Dr. Umar also mocked his daughter, who he said planned to build her “struggling career off his back. Coming up out of nowhere, acting like you been looking for me,” he wrote on Instagram after the allegation.

    Meanwhile, Anisa also alleged in a livestream that Dr. Umar physically abused his first baby mama years ago.

    “He put his f***ing hands on her. What the f**k is wrong with him? He should be in f***ing jail,” she said. “Like, really, he should be in jail.”

    Dr. Umar’s second baby mama, Miss Vegan, has not responded to his threats yet. However, she might need to, given that the activist called her out. Hopefully, the pair will sort out their issues quickly so the drama does not affect their daughter.
